Belina Rauli - Talk Head of Charity

Belina Rauli

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday 9.00 - 4.30

I have spent almost 20 years working within the charity sector, leading services, supporting volunteers and developing programmes that help people navigate some of life's most challenging experiences.  Before joining TALK, I led national support services at RoadPeace, working alongside volunteers, staff and partners to ensure people affected by road death and serious injury received the support and information they needed.

What has always motivated me is helping people feel heard, supported and connected, which is one of the reasons I was so excited to join TALK.  I am passionate about creating services that make a genuine difference, whilst also building strong teams, partnerships and communities around them.

Outside of work, I am endlessly fascinated by Psychology, particularly personality traits and what makes people tick.  I love learning and am usually the first person to sign up for a training course or development opportunity.  I also have a slight obsession with home decorating and interior design, and every year I start decorating for Christmas in November (much to the amusement - and sometimes frustration - of those around me!).

I am also a huge foodie.  Not many conversations go by without me talking about food, asking people about their favourite meals or looking for new recipes to try.  If you ever need a restaurant recommendation, want to swap recipes or discuss your favourite comfort food, I'm always happy to chat!
