ASHFORD GROUP - ONE YEAR ON
Our Ashford group, held at the Education Centre in Ashford Hospital, has recently celebrated its first anniversary and now has 12 recoverers.
Mike Wylie of MidasPlus, a local charity that helps worthy causes in Surrey and Middlesex, generously gave us money to buy word-based games, stationery and art equipment when we first set up the workshop.
We were delighted to welcome him to our thriving workshop recently.

Spelling it out
It has an excellent attendance record and everyone is thoroughly enjoying taking part in a broad selection of themes each week including art, music and craft.
The Mayor of Spelthorne, Simon Bhadye, visited the group recently and strongly enthused about its work.
